I saw another drone video after he was retrieved back to the island. The 'medics' they hired were not putting the breather bag on his face when he was brought out of the prison. So, that was fake.

The video where he reacts to the drone, I didn't see. But a previous one, after jailbreak, where it's clearly him leaning onto the passenger seat of what might be a small chevy pickup, with the door open, talking to a groundskeeper who is sitting on an ATV. He did not see the drone in that video.
