Instead of a standalone bill Mitch bundled it with a commission to look into electoral fraud and section 230 removal as a means to kill it- he knows the Dems will never agree to those things. Probably the only way it's happening is if Loeffler and Perdue lose and the Dems gain control of the Senate. Biden was okay with $600 but he's now on record saying he's for $2,000 as well as every other Dem. If they try to back out with a Dem controlled Senate Dems would go nuts.
If i had to guess. I think they are dragging it out to see what happens the sixth. If trump reveals something insane the cucked rhinos will go back to daddy and play along to keep their positions. If they think he's got nothing they will nix it and go back to their original plan of fucking us over
