It's not defamatory to claim that Epstein is still alive. Fingering Chief Justice John Roberts as the John Roberts on the Epstein plane is not necessarily a defamatory statement, even if the John Roberts turns out to be one of the many people with that common name, such as the newsie on Fox.

https://thefederalist.com/2020/10/01/kayleigh-mcenany-just-destroyed-fox-news-john-roberts-in-a-single-tweet/

Epstein made a point to trying to make social contact with everyone in sight. Supreme Court justices are notoriously careful to avoid such contacts. White House correspondents, not so much. Given the name on the list, people are allowed to form opinions about who, exactly, the name refers to.

I think Lin Wood is wrong. Just being wrong is not enough to be defamatory.

Wood said Roberts knew of the plot to murder Scalia.

You conveniently left that out.

He called him a pedophile, as well.

I'm sure it's nothing.. lol

I don't get the Lin Wood doubt. He's close to Trump, he must have had information disclosed to him. He's acting under Trump's direction whether its misinformation, correct, or a mix of the two

The Lin Wood hate is from doomers, never Trumpers, and shills. The same people that hate on Q hate on Lin. They also were the same people that hated on Trump for most of his 1st term because of tweets or msm lies.

They pretend to be awakened but can’t break free from the msm narrative. It’s like they have seen the truth but can’t bear to lose all of their friends so they hedge their bet and make ridiculous statements about Wood, or about Q. They have more friends that way.

Here’s a clue bitches. MSM hates on and attempts to discredit Lin and Q at every opportunity. And you agree with MSM. Good luck with that. You’ve got a lot of crow to eat. Should start shutting your mouth and listening more. You’ve been wrong all along the way.

Do you have a source for "Wood said Roberts knew of the plot to murder Scalia."?

The only thing I saw was a tweet claiming there was a recording of a phone call discussing Scalias replacement.

That's not the same as stating that Roberts knew about a murder plot.

Fuck your source. Look it up your damn self. If your going to pretend to be truly awakened then Drop the stupid lefty tactics. Fucking idiots crying for sources like babies that can’t feed themselves.

Here you go Einstein, CNN reported it. Now you can go back to sleep, it’s been confirmed.

I think being wrong is enough to be defamatory when the accusations are this damaging, and not putting any effort into ensuring you’re correct is gross negligence, IMO. IANAL, but that’s how I’ve understood it to work.

Sandman was defamed by the media, some of the media was malicious lies, but others were just repeating the other networks and could be considered “just wrong”

I personally don’t believe Lin has evidence, but I do believe he has a source that knows and is reliable, so I do believe Lin is right, but I’m not 100%. I think Lin’s plan is he’s very confident in his source, and he’s trying to goad more information out of the deep state, either through discovery, or scaring people about what he knows and hoping someone flips.

I don’t know if I’m 100% on everything Lin does, like telling everyone to not vote in GA despite what Trump says (though I def understand his reasoning), but the man is clearly fighting the good fight and putting himself at much personal risk. I may be incredulous, but I’m certainly not hating.

You are stating the law as it should be, not as it is. Yes, it should be changed.

He also accused him of using Epstein to adopt 2 kids out of Wales. is that defamatory enough for you Kidnapping Children?
