You guys have to realize that the doctors MUST comply with the masking rules and procedures because they can and will lose their medical license for expressing facts against it. You know masks dont work for virus transmission, they know it too.
They have to comply because the citizenry is generally retarded and are turned into attack dogs by the fake news and WILL try to ruin medical careers that aren't aligning with the new dogma. In effect, you have citizens who should be the ones PROTESTING and PROTECTING the medical personnel acting as mental brown shirts for tyrants. Another consequence of losing the infowar badly.

Im a newly licensed Doctor in Norway. Had my first job last spring, but due to a Family situation I decided to stop working for a while. I really want to return to work now, and I know I can easily find a position, but I feel discouraged returning to work because of what you correctly stated.
We must comply to what the health ministry has laid out. There is no room to move. If you go against their narrative, even when demonstrably false, you will lose your license.
I am not a medical professional and this is common knowledge to me. I have seen what happens to the "rogue" doctors who go outside of the socially-accepted farces to promote alternative ideas...such as the limited ability for masks to help against the spread of viruses outside of a clean room. Even then if a virus or something is involved, I imagine the PPE would be positive pressure garments and filtration systems.... not a thin mask which is best to catch spittle and such.

On masks, Danish Mask Study found no effect. Even if PPE prevents the spread of a viral infection, which I dont know, it's not something that should be forced on people.
Dr. Hope-Simpson, after studying the seasonality of virus infections for 50 years, was able to correlate latitude with influenzal viral spread in populations, with Corona, sharing almost the exact patters. The Curves we now see on Corona matches his findings to a tea. Masks and lockdowns have had almost no impact on this at all. But, he is not an "accepted" expert like the highly qualified Dr. Fauxi
The problem in medicine is not just the idiotic mask mandates, but more core dogmas of Medicine which are just plainly wrong. Not to mention the Replication crisis... The biggest problem in modern medicine is the inability to deal with Heart disease and Diabetes, of which the "Diet-heart hypothesis" is the core fallacy, which prevents any meaningful change.
