Their role in the species from an evolutionary perspective isn't much more than breast feed the child plus if it takes anything in its hand that could cause a problem grab it out or if it runs down somewhere that could be a problem grab the child. Beyond that in nature they don't do much more than basic chores. For personal conduct it is also inhibitive. Don't rock the boat and usually you'll be fine and also inhibit any one else who does don't make the alpha angry (sort of like don't make someone call the cops).
Most of the cases where women exceed this capacity it's because they're getting the benefit of genes from men in their role that are being fully expressed and selected for.
Things like the accumulation of wealth are too dangerous for her. In her mind anything like that should be magically snatched away from you. The same way as for example removing perceived dangers from the house before the baby arrives or when it's a toddler but she sees the whole world in that way.
When you have 27 billion you have two problems. More money than you can really spend and things you can't buy.
The latter is a real problem and I suspect Trump knows that. Well he has to. All the other billionaires buying kids, elections, etc through the back door, things that aren't meant to be for sale. I bet people have often come to him offering goods you never would have believed even existed.
It's interesting to compare. Trump openly spends his money to be president the proper way. They you have the likes of Zuckerberg buying the election behind closed doors. Huge enormous difference.
If she's not going to hand her wealth down and she's not giving it to a decent cause either she's a failure. Giving it to communism (communities) or "philanthropy" (using the influence of your wealth to impose your will on others) isn't a good cause. She should just burn it and inflation will go down a little for everyone.
