The Constitution defines what an electoral college vote IS and how it occurs. A vote arrived at by any other means, is technically not a legal electoral vote. In the swing states with dueling electors, both sets fail this test and should be found unconstitutional by Pence and tossed out. Biden's should be tossed simply for violating state voter laws. All the fraud that's been found is just icing on the cake.

The House vote, however, is by delegation vote one per State. Seems to be some confusion about this.
