My impression is they also treat children for free. Or am I confusing them with the Shriners?

i crushed it in the market this year(for me). sent money to st judes, It seems like one of the more legit charities. I know they don't take everybody, but they do take on people that have kids with some seriously fucked up ailments that other places would probably fuck up worse.

I understand that you are not saying helping children is bad, and I also understand that marketing is everything in today’s world of non-profits. I didn’t understand that they only take certain children for research trials. I thought they were a “help everyone who needs it” organization. ☹️
