Well they can't even hold session. The smartest part of the treasonou plan was to compromise just a handful of governors & Sec of States so they could run out the clock on Republican legislatures because governors are blocking them from holding session.
Actually they can, but it requires a majority of them not only to have the balls to convene independently, but the brains to understand that the Federal Constitution gives them that power. As it happens, either one of balls and brains are in short supply in any legislature, and finding someone with both is miraculous.
I wondered about this, but it is not to hard in this day and age to make an email list of Republicans and send, "Hey man, wanna meet up and vote?" They are not stupid and it will happen is the only logical scenario that will happen.
They're playing people with this "we can't meet becuz Governor hurrr." They're hoping people are stupid enough to buy it. They don't really want to do anything.
The silver lining is support for Pence and/or Congress to not accept the Biden Slate with the black cloud so clearly on the GA election. NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCEPT.
