Well I can solve that one too, just defund all non-vital departments and transfer that to providing free hotels and allowances for everyone as well! imagine that. Say someone sneaks into Harvard classes, attends for 2 years then eventually gets found out. Do you think that person would still be allowed to attend Harvard for free and graduate?
