I don't need it. Had it around Thanksgiving and knocked it out in a couple days, and I had ALL of the symptoms. About a week total to get it all out of my system and start working out again. But really just a mild bug.
There's some old folks and people with poor immune systems that might benefit. For them it's probably a good thing.
But I mean, if you are a healthy dude or dudette, probably don't need it at all.
