He did issue a really slimy mask order that basically said "we can't punish you for not wearing masks but we can punish businesses for not requiring you to wear masks." So if I go into my buddy's restaurant I have to wear a mask or my buddy's restaurant gets fined and I don't want to do that to him.
Fortunately most people around here don't care about the mask rules so they put up the signs as required and then just don't say anything.

The uphill battle is getting the state apparatus to allow an outsider to run. To crack the door, pedes need to volunteer time for the local RNC. Whether that’s knocking on doors, stuffing envelopes, or poll monitoring to name a few.
