That he's pretty much killing the Senate race in Georgia for the Republicans by disallowing a vote on stimulus checks? From now till the runoff the Dems will be saying we wanted to give you extra funds but the Republicans shot it down. Or is that his plan?

No. Its fixed. He is worried about nothing. This was part of the deal, swap POTUS for Senate.
