None of these could genuinely have latches issues if everything I understand is true. There are more however the above appear to meet the criteria for contested election.

Uh, the legislature is over the court's ruling, read the Constitution and stop worshiping false gods in black robes.
So the claims are undisputed due to latches which is exactly what the legislature needs.
