There are many stories of Vietnamese students (even US citizens of Vietnamese extraction) in the US getting threats ("cease and decist") orders from goons for posting things critical of the Vietnamese government on social media.
Not only that, but Viet triads exist - and they don't like Chinese. I lived near an area controlled by a Viet triad in Oakland - they leave citizens alone, and that area was pretty safe, but they and the Chinese gangs would go at each other all the time.
I suspect in an Antifa fantasy world where a Chinese triad member took out a Vietnamese US citizen, the Viet triads would not be too happy about that.
