How does "swing states electors contested" automatically = "House Vote"? What about that 2hrs of debate and then don't BOTH houses of Congress have to vote for House Contingent vote? Hearing people say:
People really think it's that easy? All the Constitution spells out is Pence "counts" the votes, with no prescribes way of how he "counts them". And the only other part is if it goes to House Contingent election, each states effectively gets one vote.
What does it say about anything else that people can have more faith in than just "Pence does the right thing and throws out Biden electors from 6 contested states and we win"....
That sounds like an awful big hope that this all comes down to with no backup or safety valve

There have been a dozen postings on td.win referring to a dozen different legal sites that explain pence does not just count the votes but he legally has plenary control of every aspect of the entire process with no appeal available even to scotus.

Only if there are 2 sets of electors to choose from. Even an evil vp with one set has to pick it. Its the situation that 7 states have sent 2 sets that guarantees this entirely falls into pences lap and only his with no possibility of any court over riding

IT WILL BE WILD: I’ve come to believe that what will happen on Jan 6 is that after Pence opens the fraud debates, the situation will turn into an uproar, all the rules will be ignored, thrown out and the final result will come only after a furious and extensive negotiation, as happened in the 1876 election.
