It's up to the State's Legislatures to de-certify their electors, or else 1/6/2020 will just be an opportunity to showcase election fraud evidence/ testimony on the congressional record... No way, as everything currently stands, any states' electors are thrown out because of an objection and subsequent debate... No majority in the House, and the Senate doesn't have enough Rep w/ backbones... btw, House only votes by delegation if their is a contingent election, it votes individually regarding elector objections...
