Now we know why Brian Stelter spends his off time standing outside with his ass in the air.

Debunked by science....would be nice though

This, my fren, is called Orbital Bombardment and is pure science fiction.

It's extremely difficult to hide massive poles in space, especially when every developed country in the world has space reconnaissance programs.

I love the idea though, our new Guardians should develop something like this

Not to mention how hard it would be to get that heavy of a payload into orbit.

Well, if we're already going out on a limb with this idea, why don't we see what kind of metals are on the moon or on the surface of Mars? We wouldn't need to blast them into orbit if we assemble them in space

... still have to get them off those planets. This whole idea is nonsense.Low yield nukes are much more cost effective.

I suppose you could do it on the moon, Mars is to far. There is titanium there according to some. However, how do you mine it? Smelt it? Shape it into rods? Get it off the surface into earth orbit? Itsoldhickory is right: it's just cheaper to nuke em.

What if one of those was shot into the Yellowstone volcano?

This isn't real. Terminal velocity is a thing.

Also, tungsten is pretty rare.

This is bullshit that science can actually discredit in about 30 seconds.
