Well then, in theory...

435 congressmen. 140 currently willing to object means they'll likely vote to throw out electoral votes, they would need to convince 78 other congressmen during the 2 hours of deliberation to vote to throw out...

Also need 26 senators to vote as well. Even though we have Senate majority, might be a hard sell.
