Here's an idea. Just open everything up. People go back to work in restaurants, bars, movie theaters, airlines, etc. They get paid. They pay their rent. The landlords get the money they are owed and then they spend it. Like when we had record low unemployment thanks to Trump.
The whole shutdown is being propped up by funny money and kicking the can down the road. When the bill finally comes due, bye bye economy. This whole country has to open 100%, NO RESTRICTIONS!, right off the bat in the new year.
