Everybody who has mentioned these voting systems in the past is complicit.

They all know. They've been jockeying for position. When they are in a strong position, they try to line their opponent up to take a fall publicly. But it seems pretty clear they all know about and use these tools.

Same as Harvey Weinstein or Jeffrey Epstein. Everybody knows at that level of the game. They just don't share that knowledge with the plebs.
