Him being alive seems like a massive stretch, but it makes you wonder why maxwell hasnt been wacked since or at least attempts to kill her too. Maybe after seeing how they got away with epsteins murder, trump has put more security on her.

I think that for high level people, they'll do everything they can to not kill you as long as you're still playing by their rules. This makes it very clear that suiciding is only for people who go rogue, and they'll go the extra mile for you as long as you go the extra mile for them. Basically carrot and stick control to the extreme.
When I heard they killed him, I was shocked face for a good 30 seconds or so to the person who told me. I could not believe they would be so brazen as to kill him in front of everyone with all of that shit coming out. But they did.
