Probably not everybody agrees with the magical memo.
In my opinion, there needs to be a BOOM before the election can turn around. Something that makes everybody including the normies breathe a sigh of relief that Harris and Biden are not going to take office.
The hill article is true if there were not 2 sets of electors. If there weren't Pence would be without options.
But go read about the four prior examples of the President Pro Tem deciding elections unilaterally.
The best is Jefferson. He did not win in 1800 but he was the VP. So he walked in, said I have counted the votes and I have decided that I Thomas Jefferson is the next President, there will be no discussion, slammed down the gavel and walked out of the chamber.
No senator and congressman contesting, no discussion, no over ruling Jefferson. The Constitution gives one person, the VP, PLENARY control of the counting, and no court can review or overrule.
I'm pretty sure that depending on Pence to do something or not do something is the final path to victory here.
Everybody needs to just calm down.
We don't know what is going to happen, but something will.

This explains it all. EVERYTHING is in Pence's hands and NO court, even scotus can overrule his legal, constitutional and PLENARY power.
I believe that Pence will do the Constitutional thing.

Jefferson, Jackson, Lincoln and Rutherford B Hayes all did successfully so the only question is will Pence come through, not if he has the power.
Isn't the video on Hunters laptop of Harris pegging Biden enough?
WAIT WHAT???!?

Will Pence have the guts?? I pray so.
