I’d propose eliminating birthright citizenship, at least for nonwhites. I’d add an eligibility requirement stipulating the President and Vice President must be White. I’d tweak the 16th amendment to require a flat rate income tax, if not repealing that amendment entirely. I’d amend the constitutional language making it clear that only US citizens are to be counted by the census. And then I’d add a constitutional amendment outlawing the Democratic Party and its de jure and de facto successors.
