Basically the lawsuit asks for a power that Pence doesn't even need? I know my comments have question marks but I don't fully understand yet. I think my take is this isn't all bad news.
What I've heard basically is that the GOP person was suing the wrong person, and Pence directed him to sue Congress or something to that effect.
