I've heard this could be true basically the lawsuit is directed at the wrong person? Apparently it needs to be directed at house and senate? Basically the lawsuit asks for a power that Pence doesn't even need? I know my comments have question marks but I don't fully understand yet. I think my take is this isn't all bad news.
