Many of these countries rife with corruption misplace their hate on the American people, instead of the corrupt officials who pocket donations that come from the West and are meant for the people..... Granted, it's certainly a lot to do with the sleazebags in congress and the senate, too, but as the world is watching, chances are, the people didn't vote these people in.
