...I went into the store with NO mask the whole time.
Nobody said anything to me. I felt free again.
Also saw another couple enter with no masks.
The stories and confidence from the likeminded pedes here have begun to change my perspective on "confrontations"

I haven't worn a mask in over a month. Still waiting to see someone else without one (other than my church, where masks are optional), although I've seen quite a few people with their masks off their noses.
I’ve been going without for about a month too. I live in an extremely conservative city in Fort Worth. Yesterday was the first day I wasn’t the only one not wearing one, but I saw like 6 different people in the store without it! Once people see others are doing it, they will feel less shy about joining in.
Went into a large chain grocery store today without one, and into their gas station too. Saw others as well. I haven't worn one at all in my rural town since it started.
my church completely whimped out and closed... pisses me off!
Our church closed for two weeks when a couple of staff members tested positive, but then they opened back up. We just started attending in September--I think they may have been closed for a while before that.
