Not sure if this has already been spread around on here but has anyone looked up Operation Dark Winter?

It was a simulation about a bioweapon being released, and the measures taken to “stop the spread”. It’s very odd that Biden decided to use those exact words, spoken very assertively, twice, during a debate. While saying Trump was a liar for saying we’d have a vaccine soon and that it would be distributed quickly, by the way.
