Well, when all of the small businesses have been forced closed, the only place you'll be spending your stimulus is with "rich" people I would assume they mean.
I believe around 40% of the last stimulus was spent on Amazon, Walmart, etc. but maybe I am wrong on that statistic.
People are going to pay their rent, mortgage, bills or buy dumb shit from billion dollar companies.
Or buy food, which will more than likely come from a billion dollar company, lol.
A small percentage will actually go to small business owners, the ones that are still left.
