I’m not worried about it being declassified. I was just wondering if it’s out there. I suppose if it’s fully-classified, we may not know. That said, the published date it should be completed is public information and the delay was public information, so I figured we may get a public update.
My guess is that keeping it secret includes the timing. The point of wars is to make sure the enemy is looking everywhere except where you are planning to make attacks.
He has a plan, it seems to have not been thwarted, so everything is still a go go go and we won't know, maybe not even when the dust settles.
I am hoping lots of military tribunals will inform us of the success. Much better at preventing future events than hiding the bodies in black sites around the world.

If I remember correctly it has a public release date sometime in late January. They need time to act on it's contents without their targets knowing what they know.

He will get up to 12 hours of debate in the house and senate. Plenty of time to ensure evidence is heard.
