Easy explanation: Poll Pads were used to check in voters. Since the Poll Pad was connected to the internet, it would unfortunately enable a hacker to upload fraudulent check-ins. Those same fraudulent check-ins could be co-ordinated with a team printing fraudulent ballots that have the same fake check-in names. Additionally, the ballot marks can be printed instead of hand marked. GA is now getting rid of the ballots per gatewaypundit.
