They panicked and haven't thought it through. If they destroy too many ballots Trump wins. If they print fraudulent ballots to cover-up, Trump still wins as Pulitzer's scanner is that powerful. There is literally no possible outcome that allows them to recreate the election numbers without being caught.
So if the ballots are gone and can not be counted....than the numbers dont stand right?
