Agreed! Nothing feels quite so badass as walking around with huge iron plates between your legs. Occasionally I’ll choose a kettlebell because it swings more naturally 😂.

I feel like I've been able to walk a few steps after banging a kettlebell on my knees, but it seriously sucks. The WFD one... Mostly it's just crumpling and dragging yourself away in shame. Maybe it's just the weight amount, who knows.
