This is probably one of my favorite excercises, ive recently started handstand pushups, and they're killer. I've been lifting on and off for about 7 years now, but im now cutting for the first time with a cyclical carnivore diet and moderate carb days. 4 days of no carbs and all animal products - steak and eggs being a main staple, and I eat just under 2k calories. 2 days of 2600 calories, adding complex carbs from usually pasta or protein oatmeal and veggies to get things moving digestion wise. Energy levels are great, and the carb refuel days make my muscles look like they're about to pop.
