That's my only issue here. The FBI and DOJ clearly are compromised. So who arrests anyone? Who even seeks a warrant? And are there many judges left that can even be relied upon to issue it?
In the past several months we have seen nearly the entire federal government, and many state governments, completely fail at their constitutional duties.
There have basically been a total corruption of government going on for decades, possibly half a century, and we're just now trying to work against that. I don't know the answers, and I know there is a clear path to victory, but I don't see one to any immediate arrests. Not unless there are a lot of "whitehats" waiting in the wings or something.
It's tough to find a legal way to do that. Being former military myself, I know there is a clear line between military justice (guided by the UCMJ) and civilian justice (guided by the Constitution and the rest of the laws).
I really do think the only path is to deny counting the electors from the contested states, have Trump win by default, and then aggressively cleaning house at the DOJ, in order to get to the point arrests are made and traitors are held accountable.
I must then ask, for the sake of a potential bad President in the future, what limitations are there on an executive claiming a judiciary is compromised?
Because if it's that easy, you know the bad guys will abuse it, even when no compromise exists in the judiciary.
It sounds like a major flaw, even if it helps us this one time.
I wish I remember what video I recently watched where a couple months ago he said something big was happening on January 1 and nobody knows what. If I remember correctly he said it's never been done before. I think the video was before the election but not sure..
