Diversity is a just number to them. And then they call everyone else racist for not meeting a quota. Diversity champions are some of the most racist people I've ever met.

I had someone ask me to help her with a thumbnail image. She asked me to recruit 4 non-white individuals. I told her, "I don't want to select people based on the color of their skin."

She replied, "I don't understand. Please explain it to me."

I repeated this about 7 times. Kinda scary when that level of ignorance is running the diversity programs.
