Don't know why you are getting downvoted. It's the idea of America that has drawn the cream of the crop from around the world. The people yearning to be free. Willing to pull up stakes on everything and everyone they know to come here for an idea. Not refugees, but those that came here legally. Identity politics seeks to undermine this truth.
