A great foreshadowing of Biden’s journey to the Presidency.

Everyone thinks it’s going to happen, everyone expecting it’s going to happen... until suddenly it doesn’t. And Team Biden reaches the inevitable point of realising it’s never going to happen and it’s time to cut losses and give up.
