The public library where I live no one is allowed in, you have to stand outside in the parking lot in all weather conditions, in a long line, "guarded" by a numbnut security guard, keep 6 feet apart, mandatory muzzled, wait your turn, then when you finally get to the door you enter a very tiny access area to pickup the books you asked for by online access ONLY. You scan you're own books as librarian doesn't want to be contaminated by my handprints. Best yet, when you return the books through an outside chute the books go into "quarantine" for 3 days before being allowed to go back on shelf. This is the most ridiculous fucked up form or reasoning. Like when I handle items in grocery store to look at but put back on shelf, they are not put into quarantine and the very next shopper picks it up and so on. What the fuck is the big deal about a friggin' book at the library like its so special? Even the magazines at grocery checkout that everyone fingers through while waiting in line aren't quarantined. And we pay for public libraries through our taxes for their workers to do dick all, only open 2 hours a day to stand outside in cold and rain and soon snow and not even having access to the building!
