DJT could have veto'd the bill and we'd be in the exact same spot; except this way of DJT/Mitch doing things, the money is going out NOW that's what DJT wanted, and he's impounded all the crap pork money (so that money isn't going anywhere anytime soon); and just as if DJT vetoed, right now they(DJT & Mitch) would be telling congress to approve the new bill with $2k, Section 230 repeal, creating a Fraud Investigation commission, etc. This was the deal DJT/Mitch etc have been saying the whole time.
