Mine was direct deposit this morning. I know others got it earlier. I didn't have to do anything, and I had received the $1200 earlier. I'm sure it'll come.
I'll be getting a few more mags. Some accessories. Watched a vid the other day, dude had his rifle set up with irons and a red dot on the top, and a scope on a 45 degree to the side. I've been trying how to get some magnification on mine without putting a magnifier in front of the red dot, and I think that scope on a 45 degree mount will be juuust the thing.
That has no bearing. The first ($1200) stimulus wwas treated like a tax credit and not taxed, so no need to withhold. I (apparently wrongly) assumed the latest $600 stimulus checks were also tax-free.
"More important, the money will not be counted as taxable income. It will be considered a credit, so you can deduct the sum against your future taxes."
I don't think (not 100% sure) they passed the $2k yet, and probably won't. We're probably going to see a cycle of "Oh no! It's an emergency! Lockdown everyone!" followed by "Here's a couple bucks to help save you, because we're so nice! You should vote for us!" every couple years now.
Nah, when you make 'too much' you just realize that you have to pay for others flat screens and liquor. I want a fucking thank you card!
You are welcome fren!
Thanks. I lost everything this year.
Keep grinding. I will pray for you.
I hope good things will come. Stay in there
My unemployment ended in October after a couple months and it said I was “monetarily ineligible”- can I apply again or do I not get this $600?
Do you identify as a poc?
😂😂😂 for my college application I refused to answer the race question bc all colleges now disproportionately reject whites. Case in point, Yale
Yup. Affrimitve action at it's finest
Thank you for helping us get caught up. We appreciate you buddy.
May you and yours have a blessed, healthy and prosperous New Year!
If I got the first $1200 automatically, should I expect the $600? I didn't get it yet.

Just stocked up on dry goods and 30 caliber magazines...

Just picked up a new Vortex VBrite Red dot for the 7mm-08. Vest and upgraded bipod are next.
I thought the stimulus checks weren't taxed though?
Taxable, unless an additional law is passed making it exempt.
Interesting, considering the $1200 checks were most certainly NOT taxed.
Taxes werent withheld.

Lol, that's funny. They're counted as income, and income is taxable. They set that precedent back when Bush tried it.
First round of stimulus was tax-exempt.

Also, not all income is Federally taxable. Another example of Federally tax-exempt income is Municipal Bond interest.
nope
Yeah I got it
Yea I got it yeaterday. Spent 700$ total on a new gun and aftermarket.
I am stilled pissed I took it out to the boat when I went night fishing last night. Now they're at the bottom of the lake. Sad.
I thought they were still bouncing the stimulus bullshit around in congress?
No, Trump signed it. I guess this was one of the thongs he didn't redline.
I knew he signed it but I thought it was for the amendment that gave us all 2k instead of only 600.

I'm gonna lose my mind lmao
The inlaws did. They were some of the people who could have used it and are thankful. Nice way to start the year!
Universal basic income stipend.
