Quebecker here, there were immense disinformations campaign happening where i live of conservatives going after people's lives and their jobs. But it didnt work out for them in the end. My region went harder conservative. But Montreal pussified even more.
I think Scheer was/is compromised in some way. It was his to win. I find it strange that the media didn't make a bigger deal out of him using party funds for his kid's education. If he was any serious threat they would have shredded him over that and he would have been forced to resign.
He got permission from the party management thats why. Sure scheer is guilty but crooked members at the top rigged the election for him vs Bernier in the first place even.
It sucks that the media played hardball against Harper when they wanted him out and nobody noticed. Meanwhile they pushed Trudeau through the finish line and took his hush money. Canadian Media is Disgusting we have is Rebel News

That's a good point, and it applies to the U.S. election as well.
If the media is controlled, then the election is already fixed, whether or not the votes are counted correctly.
