What took them so long? The only acceptable answer would be to avoid the hate tidal wave that would have come their ways from the Left if they'd announced sooner. Cowardly lions all of them.
With regards to the House: the dems still hold a slim majority and will defeat any vote to discard any state's electoral votes... and both houses have to vote yes to throw out those votes. It will need a few dem defectors on the day (doubtful), or some serious action by Team Trump before the sixth to stop this... and I'm certain that they will do just that. Happy New Year!
Ya never know, who would have expected a unanimous vote to Audit Fulton Counties ballots? I think the Congress Critters are getting nervous and can see what will happen if they don't do what's right. Pray it's so.
They figure they can join up, get their Trump credibility for 2022, and then not really impact the January 6 results.
If they were sincere in their beliefs, they would have been doing this a long time ago.
