Asking for just a little evidence isn't too much to ask. As a slander/defamation expert, I would think he wouldn't say some of these things if he couldn't back them up. If he can then he should.

Lin Wood was talking about a lawsuit that would establish that Pence does indeed have the option of choosing one set or rejecting all of the votes of those states that have sent more than one slate of votes.
Since Pence is fighting this it shows that he does not want the power and the responsibility to do this.
Since this could result in Trump losing the election he is just warning him that the backlash of him failing to act could result in the end of his political career.
