I agree, although in Jill Biden's case she has an Ed.D. and not Ph.D. so it's even more confusing when she refers to herself as "doctor".

Personally I think this is yet another psyop to get people to focus on this trivial issue so they can make it the go to example of "Biden family scandal" they can laugh at everyone who calls them corrupt by pointing to this as an example of the "corruption" them handwave everything else away.
