Was thinking I'd bring a propane stove and hand out free cooked hotdogs, hot chocolate, and hand warmers to pedes protesting with us to stay warm and high energy. Anyone see any downsides to this? Opinions before I pull the trigger?

You’re gonna need A LOT of hot dogs
Can't feed everyone, but I can try to help where I can.
Ramen
Hot dog, hot chocolate, hand warmers, and hand grenades.
Hoping I don't need my firearm for this trip. Really hoping.
Bring it. Better have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
If you do please let me know how I can donate to support your work!!
Not looking for money. Just want to contribute in a meaningful way.
I don't see any problems with the idea personally. But then again, I'm not a stinking no good worthless ass pathetic scumbag loser kind of leftist ass-wipe black crooked democrat that runs DC, that you might or might not have to shoot when they attack you for feeding your friends! :)
You KNOW you'll get arrested for not having a city permit to give away free hotdogs.
That actually was my biggest concern. If everything is free then no transaction occurred was my thinking. Was worried DC officers would be extra harsh on us though.
You might be absolutely right, but Democrats only expect YOU to follow THEIR interpretation of the "LAW" as determined by the political winds of the moment. I'm sure they have a SWAT TEAM on standby to enforce the Mayor's whims.
The cops will probably go after you for having a propane "bomb". Call bomb squad! They'll be here in 10 hours, everyone must evacuate 10 square blocks until they arrive and disarm the device.
But that's very thoughtful and generous of you Patriot.
Haha that's funny!
I think I just found an alternative to propane. Have a bunch of Chafing Fuel food grade candles. Doubt I could get in trouble for having burning candles heating food. Smaller too.
Will you be operating that cook stove in observation of the regs?
Which regulations are you referring to? I'm from Tennessee, so not familiar with DC. Thinking I'll use chafing fuel candles instead and see how that goes. Won't be as fast, but fewer problems I'd think.
Generation Kill reference.
