I used to live on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. it starts snowing there in September and doesn't stop until April or May. I have never in my life experienced cold the way I did living there -- and IIRC, Calumet on a peninsula at the top of the peninsula, nearly at the top of the United States, surrounded on all sides by Great Lakes. It is COLD there. There is no such thing as "outdoor dining" at this time of year in the UP.
Born and raised yooper here. No worries. Whitmer said you can’t eat indoors, but you can make a new indoor outdoors. You can put up a tent in your parking lot and eat in that just not in the building... peak fucking retardation.
