I'd ask why this hasn't happened but we all know why... The military needs to develop it's own secure protocols for handling votes. This is bullshit. These people risk their lives just so Democrats can steal their fuckin votes. I'm not even joking when I say this type of bullshit kept me from serving when I was younger (I was a Democrat back then pissed off at the Uniparty).
