Now Manchin is the only real possibility in the Senate from what I can see. He’ll offset Romney.

Question: what senators will vote? Will GA runoff be in the books by 1/6, or will it only be the other 98 on the new Congress (currently 50-46-2, with the two being Sanders and one other “independent” who curiously always votes with the Ds)?
