We all know that democrats in the house would not vote for Trump (you need both house and senate to hold the objection). And no, it is not dooming to say that democrats would not vote Trump, it is fact.
So what is the plan after 6th?

Good question. And what does a win on the 6th look like? It doesn't seem like objections and 2 hours of debate could change the necessary amount of minds.
Both house and senate must agree on the contested challenges. House for sure will not vote for Trump, so 6th will be a lose (this is not dooming, to say thathouse would not vote for Trump)
it seems like you edited your post and now my reply does not make sense :))
